Here you see the adapter between the new electrical motor and the old gearbox. Very proud of our design.
The connection between old and new has been a challenge. New motor to fit and modern electronics to connect to the old instruments
OTHER TIMES
We did develop a PCB which controles some of the car electronics. We also made some other updates like wireless phone charging in the place of the old ashtray. The 3.3Kw charge point at the old fuel port location.
CONNECTING OLD & NEW
We spend many hours on getting the instruments panel to work.
It needed lot of R&D hours, testing and building test electronic panels.
Keep the classic looks. Updated instruments
Many hours R&D to get the different gauge to work.
Replaced Fuel symbol for a Type II plug
Updated the RPM display to 9000
Changed the max Speed to 200km/h
Added a Power (KW) gauge
